After you've made the switch to a plastic-free reusable razor, you'll need blades. You don't have to buy an entirely new razor or plastic cartridge. How to recycle your blades:
- Collect your aluminum and stainless steel waste as required. In most communities, you can simply stow small pieces in a reusable tote for the trip to the recycling facility. If you are required to bundle the metals, separate aluminum from stainless steel; flatten cans as much as possible.
- Transport your metals to the nearest recycling facility, and deposit them in the appropriate bin.
